Katie Linn started her Qi Gong journey more than 25 years ago, as a way to recover from an injury. She found the gentle, strengthening exercises to be very helpful and enjoyable. She participated in group classes and noticed the benefits early on in her practice. After a period of time, and as new students joined the group, she was asked to assist with individual instruction. She also led group practices as her experience developed. Katie likes to share what she has learned with others, so that they may also benefit from the relaxing Qi Gong forms. She looks forward to this unique opportunity to inspire participants, as they begin their own Qi Gong path of discovery.

No prior experience is necessary, and all ages are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to leave feeling rejuvenated and centered.
