Have you ever wanted to create original songs in a band setting? Learn about crafting music, lyrics and song arrangements in the Songwriting Ensemble! During the first weeks we will explore commonly used chord progressions and lyric writing techniques. Weekly writing assignments and rehearsals will lead to performing fully crafted songs in the culminating weeks. This course is open to all instrumentalists and vocalists, whether or not you have written your own music before.
