In this crucial time of staying healthy, let’s tone, build and expand our core through multiple approaches: stretch, abdominal strengthening and shaping, and extension from the torso to the limbs. We’ll improve circulatory and respiratory systems, and reinforce the connectedness of the whole body, feeling great afterwards.
