Enjoy a joyful moving meditation that's appropriate for all bodies. Whether you're taking your first or 500th yoga class, join us! Each class includes strengthening, stretching, breath work, and stress release, as well as mini anatomy lessons and take home sequences to help you learn about your body and get the most out of this incredible practice!

Weekly for 8 weeks
No experience necessary. This is all level class.
