Refine ballet technique, increase flexibility and strength, and improve your body’s alignment with barre and floor work set to a wide range of music.
For students who have studied ballet either at the Old Town School or elsewhere.
60 minutes
Weekly for 4 weeks
Ballet experience required.
Please wear movement appropriate attire and ballet shoes
