Adult Group Class / Dance Program
Ballet refines balance and posture, tones muscles and improves flexibility. Develop fundamental dance skills and coordinate your movement with music. Sandra gives students a good workout while maintaining a positive and fun atmosphere.

Weekly for 8 weeks
Prerequisite: One full calendar year Ballet 1 here at Old Town School or an equivalent from another facility. Teach approval required.
