Jazz, Ballet, Poms, Lyrical, Tap
Emily began dancing as a child in Dalton, GA where she trained in the styles of ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, hip hop and pom with Dalton Dance Company. She participated in annual performances of The Nutcracker and The Atlanta Dance Festival - Jazz on Tap. Emily continued her dance education in college as a dance minor at the University of Tennessee and member of the UT Performing Arts Dance Company. In Chicago, Emily danced with the Dance Forever Company, Visceral Encore Ensemble and holds her teaching certification in Giordano Jazz Technique, Progressing Ballet Technique, and continues her teacher training through the Chicago National Association of Dance Masters. Emily also coaches the Pulaski Sabers 5th-8th grade competition cheer team through Chicago Public Schools. She leads class with positivity and inclusion, and is a believer in sharing the wonderful art and excitement of dance to all!
