Whether you're interested in trying out the electric or acoustic guitar for the first time or expanding your knowledge, Camille will tailor the lesson to each student's unique set of needs, desires and skills.
Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Camille had an early infatuation with music eagerly taking up guitar, piano, bass, voice, clarinet, kit drum, saxophone and violin all by the age of 10. Throughout high school, electric guitar and writing original music in a live band setting became her main focus and love. After graduating from Berklee College of Music as a Bachelor of Music in Songwriting, she set off to Los Angeles where she wrote and recorded her debut as a solo artist. She has since come back to Chicago performing under her stage name Blake Red. In addition to performing locally and touring with bands, Camille has spent the past 6 years as a music educator. Beginning as a teaching artist at the Old Town School of Folk Music in 2023, she is eager to continue sharing her love of music with students of all ages and skill levels.
