Celebrate the 25th Anniversary of The Nut Tapper!
Reggio “The Hoofer” McLaughlin and friends present this popular annual Christmas production consisting of students and professional dancers. It's a unique, exhilarating, multicultural percussive variation of the classic ballet from Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite, recreated with the fascinating rhythms of swinging tap, Spanish gypsy flamenco and Mexican zapateado!
In celebration of The Nut Tapper's 25th Anniversary, there will be a special exhibit featuring items from Reggio's Tap History Archive on display in Old Town School's Jim & Kay Mabie Gallery starting at 3:30 PM.
