- Guitar Classes
- Group Guitar classes have been the backbone of the Old Town School since the School was founded in 1957. For more than half a century, folks of all ages, talents, cultures and voting habits have joined the Old Town School community, guitar in hand, to learn to play with others in a friendly, positive, and casual environment.

- We choose two songs every session for all classes to use. So, no matter what the instrument, technique or genre we can play together!

- Dance & Movement Classes
- Our international dance program is one of the largest and most diverse around. There is something for every interest and ability level - from Ballet Light and Easy to Capoeira. Relax in Yoga, shake it in Zumba, or celebrate in one of the many cultural dances offered. Our dance and movement classes are also a great way to get some exercise - a fun alternative to the monotony of the gym!

- Weekday Morning Classes
- Yes, it's true - we have adult classes in the morning every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Get your day started off right - we offer classes in guitar, harmonica, fiddle, voice and pilates.

- Ensembles
- Our ensemble classes give you opportunities to play with other people on a regular basis, which is the best way to become a better musician. From the Outlaws of Country ensemble to the Reggae Ensemble, we've got an ensemble that's right for you!

- Free Jams at Lincoln Square
- Wednesdays at noon and Thursdays at 7pm
- It's a great way to practice outside the classroom. Bring your instrument, sing along or just listen.
- Art Classes for Adults
- We now have visual art classes for adults at our Lincoln Ave location.
- Inside Folk Art - Saturdays at 4:00pm with Laura Reyes
- The Drawing Room - Sundays at 3:30pm with Sarah Dandelles
