Come explore rhythm, space and creative movement concepts in this upbeat class that focuses on modern dance basics and encourages students' creativity. We'll learn fundamental dance steps, have mat time learning "tricks" (handstands, rolls), practice partnering steps, and work on special choreographic projects. This is a great class for independent movers who want to learn some challenging steps and also like to make up their own moves!
