In this 90 minute workshop you will learn to sing, feel, and experience the art of singing 4-part, acappella barbershop style singing. Using ‘tags’ as our vehicle, you will learn the style, form, and vocal techniques used by ‘barbershoppers’ throughout the world as you learn to sing by ear and ring chords with your classmates. Tags are quick and easy to learn and the best way to immediately start making classic American music. No music reading required…just open ears and and open voice. Intermediate singing or choral experience is recommended, but beginners are welcome to learn as well.
