Metronome! The very word strikes fear (annoyance, frustration, confusion) in the hearts of a lot of musicians. As Jacob Sweet says, though, it's the only piece of gear you can buy that will actually make you a better musician. In this workshop, we'll talk about how metronomes work, using the different settings, and practice habits that will have your grooves sounding groovier. Appropriate for any instrument, and especially those of us that jam with others or do recording projects.
