This classic tune was made famous by the great pianist Dave Brubeck. I got to see him in NY one time, and after I recorded the version below, I sent it to him. At age 92, he wrote me a letter back saying "thanks for including Take Five on your CD. It is a treasure of mine, and it thrills me to share how it can work on the banjo.”
These workshops include detailed instruction, professional tablature, and audio. These workshops are for intermediate players who can read tablature and have experience with clawhammer technique. Special attention will be paid to developing the right-hand groove for each song. A few days after you enroll, you'll receive the tablature so you can start on the song before the workshop.
