Afro-Contemporary Dance™️ class, taught by Vershawn Sanders-Ward, Founder and Artistic Director of Red Clay Dance Company. This class is an Afro-Diaspora movement practice that fuses Africanist movement vocabulary, Chicago House and modern dance forms. The classes focuses on building core strength, endurance, suppleness in the spine and emancipation of the pelvis. If you love Afro-House music you will enjoy this class!
