Old-Time Ensemble (Wed) – Week 3

Arto Järvelä taught us a tune from Finnish musician Artturi Peltokangas, who had been to America in the middle of the century. He lived for a while in northern Minnesota, but also visited Chicago. Besides playing fiddle, Mr. Peltokangas also played banjo and harmonica. He took some American tunes back home with him when he returned to Finland, including this one . . .
