Janis Ian is a living folk legend. She started playing the piano at age two, wrote her first song at the age of twelve, recorded for Verve-Folkways as a teenager, garnered countless Grammy nominations and hit records, including the timeless classic "At Seventeen", was the first musical performer on Saturday Night Live -- and this is only the first 25 years of her life!

Janis is a true artist and remains as current and vibrant as ever with her own record label and a recently published memoir, Society's Child.
