Dance & Movement Classes
Our international dance program is one of the largest and most diverse around. There is something for every interest and ability level - from Ballet Light and Easy to Capoeira. Relax in Yoga, shake it in Zumba, or celebrate in one of the many cultural dances offered. Our dance and movement classes are also a great way to get some exercise - a fun alternative to the monotony of the gym!
