Crate offers a full line of electric and acoustic amps, including solid state and tube options. Priced for the student.
Fender
As in guitars, Fender rules the land of amps. They still make many of their classic designs and continue to innovate. From tiny practice amps to full on tube models to acoustic amps, Fender has it all.
Fishman
Fishman specializes in acoustic amplification and creates the pickup systems that install on the instrument as well as several swell amps. The loudbox 100 is a staff favorite for sound, portability and value in a mini-PA/acoustic amp.
